Has developed his professional career as a specialist in the Illustrious College of Registrars of Madrid where he has developed his professional career for the last 20 years. Specialized in new construction and horizontal divisions, expropriations, inheritances and donations, purchases and mortgages. Cristina, with her knowledge, experience and skills, allows us to manage the fundamental information that is handled in the intricacies of projects in the real estate and mortgage sector.

Specialized in inheritance and partition books., including inheritance proceedings when valuing real estate to be transferred to heirs; valuing and distributing real estate in case of divorce; as well as in commercial proceedings related to debts if any of the assets is real estate.

Extensive knowledge in new construction, horizontal divisions, sales and purchases, which helps us to know the real value of a property, depending on the state in which it is located, the area where it is located, and according to the reality of the market, establish the real value of it.
