Report for damages in the theft and use of graphic intellectual property in the medical-scientific field.
Detailed analysis of the relationship between a major medical publisher and some of its associates. In this relationship, the associates, taking advantage of a long and fruitful relationship, had, little by little, “invaded” the internal processes of the publishing house and illegally accessed and used its intellectual property for use abroad. All the processes were analyzed, as well as their “invoicing footprint” at the different stages, to determine without a doubt the theft and fraudulent use of intellectual property, as well as other serious breaches aimed at this purpose.
