Report carried out for an international mobility firm in electric scooter rental in which an important national service provider retained stock of vehicles as a pressure measure in the process of ceasing negotiations. The effects of the loss of activity of the retained vehicles were evaluated in depth using advanced econometric estimation methodologies such as the Monte Carlo methodology, carrying out more than 100,000 simulation scenarios. Likewise, the Spanish regulatory casuistry related to binding contracts was analyzed in depth, demonstrating with a higher degree of clarity the supplier’s malpractice and the violation of the agreements in force.
