Expert’s report in the context of a breach of contract between parties
Our expert report (i) specified from an independent point of view the contractual obligations that were in force between the Parties at the time of the termination of the relationship between the Parties, (ii) contrasted and valued the damages suffered by the Client in the form of additional costs that should not have been incurred, contrasting them with reliable documentation, (iii) analyzed the inflows/outflows made by the other party in the Client’s bank account, in order to certify the existence of an imbalance between the withdrawals made and the invoicing that would be due to the other party, as well as (iv) assessed the existence of a loss of profit for the Client as a result of the delay in the opening of the 2020-2021 season and quantified it.
