Conflicts between partners
We issued an expert report in which it was evidenced that within the scope of a commercial relationship, one of the Parties, contrary to the provisions of the existing Joint Venture Agreement between them, carried out parallel and concurrent activities regarding the same matter. This is the rendering of legal assistance services and advice and management of tax proceedings, which was detrimental to the proper functioning of the agreement.
In this sense, the effect of the irregularities is quantified with the available information with the purpose of making a claim for the amount.
