Business Continuity Plan for the agri-food/dried fruit sector
We have designed an ISO 22301-compliant business continuity system, a Business Continuity Plan for a dairy company, the objective of the project was to identify the company’s risks that could stop the company’s activity, and to determine the risks that could affect the company. RTO (Recovery Time Objective), action and remediation plans and finally a simulation was conducted to test the effectiveness of the implemented plan.
